Prices and payment
Each item is listed in our webshop with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
Right of regret
Your right of regret (the regret period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The regret period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.
When you have used your right of regret, you are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right to regret the order.
Warranties and service
From the day you receive your item, a 1-year service warranty from us applies. This means that you can contact us if you have questions about the product or if something does not work as the manufacturer intended. Faults that arise due to normal wear and tear or other reasons are not covered by the warranty.
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us via e-mail.
This online store uses only necessary cookies for the functionality in the webstore. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and that contains information to help the online store to identify and follow the user throughout the visit and buy process. The webstore does not use any tracking cookies for marketing purposes or any third-party cookies.
The delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the respective item.
If you do not pick up your goods at the delivery point in time, the goods will be sent back to us automatically. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping costs. If you want the goods to be sent once more, you as a customer are responsible for the costs of both return shipping and the new shipping.
Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. When returning, you as a customer shall also pay for the new shipping from us to you. Before you send us a return package, regardless of the reason, you must first contact us to obtain a return number (RMA) that you shall write on the outside of your return package.
